Warranty

Jessica Charles Furniture warrants that if a manufacturing defect occurs with our product, Jessica Charles will either repair or replace the defect or provide an allowance for repair. This warranty covers the consumer that originally purchased our product. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration or misuse. Covering materials are not warranted against wearing or if cut or otherwise damaged by customer or others. All other warranties expressed or implied are excluded. Swivel rocker bases are warranted against manufacturing defects for a two year period after purchase.
